At Apollo Sports, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your peak performance, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused equipment and apparel. All returned items must be in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Apollo Sports account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original box or a similar sturdy mailer, ensuring all original documentation is included inside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and use the provided tracking number to monitor your return as it makes its way back to our warehouse.
